Lloyd left this world peacefully on Wednesday night, with his family by his side, on his 60th wedding anniversary.
Mentor, father, teacher and counsellor to many and leader in policy and programs for child and youth care and protection.
Still so much to do. What a big life you had, and what a difference you made.
