PARKES. _ Betty Margaret. Passed away Jan. 2, 2017 A loving, caring and supportive lady who was wife of Matt (dec.), mother of Jan, mother- in-law of Michael (dec.), grandmother of Brad and Narelle, friend of Helen and Nick and great grandmother of Thomas, Caitlin, Jack, Blake and Sam. Thank you Mum for taking such good care of me when I was a child and for your ongoing love. It gives me comfort that I was with you holding your hand as you peacefully left this life. Your struggles are over and now it is time to rest in peace. _ Your loving daughter Jan Nana, you have always been such a special person in our lives and we feel so lucky to have beautiful memories of all the times we shared with you. We will miss you terribly but will always remember you with a smile and be grateful that the boys enjoyed their visits with `Te Te'. Love _ Narelle, Nick, Blake and Sam.
