Patrick was a Pilot, Saxophonist, Mechanic, West Coaster and Storyteller. 

Greatly loved by his Children, Kathryn, Bernadette (dec), Angela, Patricia, Josephine, Anthony & Louise. 
Loved by their partners and families, Grandchildren and Great –Grandchildren. 


Thank You to the Staff at Banksia Unit, Milpara ACH, for their excellent care in his last years.
