Tribunal would like to extend their

deepest condolences to Tessa and the

family of Tom Pauling AO KC.

The Tribunal and staff acknowledge with

sadness the passing of an industry

stalwart.

Tom was appointed as the inaugural

Chairman of the Tribunal. He was highly

respected for the professional manner

in which he went about his work and

the time he gave in acting as mentor,

teacher and advisor.

He will be sadly missed.
