Of Molesworth and Yea. Passed away at Rosebank Nursing Home in Yea, aged 93.7, after a short decline.
A stalwart farmer of her beloved “Prospect Hill” for over seventy years, and an energetic member of her Molesworth and Yea communities.
Much loved and cherished mother of Wendy, Tim and Peter Morris, and Ron Perry. Mother-in-law of Karen, Chip and Pippa. Grandmother of Christian, Christopher, Will, Casey, Ryan, Shayla and Tessa. Great grandmother of five. Loved and valued aunt of David, Graham, Diana, Helen, Philip and Lynette; and Tricia, Ben and Oliver.
Daughter of Ben and Muriel Haigh (both dec); former wife of GB (Peter) Morris (dec), and widow of Ian Perry (dec). Sister to Betty, Joan and Anne (all dec).
A long and satisfying live, well lived, and she was ready to go. The last of her generation!
Muriel will be sorely missed by her extended family and many friends.
