Born in Taurianova, Pr. R.C., Italy on May 18, 1935. Passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving family on January 28, 2020. Aged 84 years. Loving and devoted husband of Caterina. Treasured and loving father and father-in-law of Pina and Joe Carbone, Melina and Joe Papalia, Peter. Cherished Nonno of Maria, Vince, Peter, Philip and Melissa, Adam and Deanna. Beloved son of Pietro and Giuseppina (both deceased). Loving brother and brother-in-law of Rosina and Natale Fazzari, Giuseppina and Agostino Trimarchi, Giuseppe and Concetta (all deceased). Loved son-in-law of Rocco and Carmela Caruso (both deceased). Much loved brother-in-law of Antonino and Cynthia Caruso, Rosa and Angelo Lavia (both deceased), Domenico Caruso, Giuseppina and Antonio Trimarchi. Lovingly remembered by all his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends in Australia, Italy and France. To my beloved husband and father, We can never forget your love, As the love you gave was so great. As you were, you will always be, A wonderful friend, husband and father to us. Your loving wife Caterina and son Peter. Dear Dad and Nonno Pietro, You gave so much, and asked so little. You were a person with a heart of gold, Memories of you we will treasure and hold.
