POLZIN, Bradley Keith “Brad”

Late of Meringandan West and formerly of O’Brien’s Road, Highfields, passed away at the P.A. Hospital, Brisbane, on 7th June 2019, aged 64 years.

Beloved Husband of Dawn. Dearly loved Son of Ron and Lil Polzin (both dec’d). Loved Brother of Leanne (dec’d).

A private cremation was held at Brad’s request.
