Loved daughter of Jan and Roma Potaczek (both deceased) Loved sister of Julia Peden and Stefan Potaczek and his partner Jane Stewart.Auntie to Andrew and Mathew Potaczek ,Ryan , Luke,Jana(deceased) and Erin Peden.
Julia and Stefan sincerely thank all the ICU care team for their care and support.
