QUINN, Fr. Laurence Joseph. In pace Christi. The Bishop and Priests of the Diocese of Port Pirie advise of the death of Fr. Laurie Quinn on 30th January 2019. Aged 87, he was ordained on the 29th of June 1963 in Burra and ministered in Whyalla, Loxton, Port Lincoln and Burra. He was Parish Priest of Port Lincoln for 19 years, and Burra for 14. Requiem Mass will be in St. Joseph s Church, Burra on Friday 8th February at 1.30pm preceded by the Rosary at 1.15pm. 'Well done, good and faithful servant. Enter now into the joy of the Lord.'
