Beloved Grandmother of Trent, Zoe, Will and Sam. Beautiful Sister of Pat, Jill, Doug, Peter, Karen, Barbara and Michael. A service to celebrate the life of Jan, will be held in the Mt Thompson Memorial Gardens East Chapel, Nursery Road Holland Park, on Friday 17th November 2017, commencing at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, Family have requested donations to the Leukemia foundation. www.kmsmith.com.au
