QUINN OCDM, Mother Ellen Marie of Jesus

Ellen Marie entered very peacefully into eternal life on 3rd August 2022 at Caritas Christi Palliative Care Kew.

Mother Ellen Marie was the Prioress General of the Carmelite Communities of Melbourne and Canberra.

She was in the 76th year of her age, and in the 57th year of her Religious Profession.

Mother was a wonderfully devoted and generous religious, and admirable for her generosity in using her gifts unselfishly for the benefit of her Superiors and the community.

She will be greatly missed by all her Sisters, and by those many others who benefited from her generous friendship.

May she now enjoy the eternal reward she so richly deserves.
