Dearly loved husband of Jean, much loved dad of Mark and Carolyne,

father in law of Malcolm, friend of Lucia, proud and loving grandad of

Calum, Isla, Levi (dec) and Ainsley.

You will always be in our hearts.

Special thanks to Epworth hospital and Call on Clare for their care and kindness

The family will be holding a private cremation
