RAYNER Robert Donald

11.10.1930 - 11.12.2020

Son of Lawrence and Muriel. Brother of Bruce, Joan Elliss and Dulcie Ware (all dec).

Uncle of Stephen, Kent and Helen. Long time companion of Patricia (Pat).

Loved and respected uncle to his nephews, nieces and their families.

Bob died suddenly at home after a period of ill health. He worked much of his life as a draughtsman at Cadbury's. Early in life he also built houses, including his own in 1955. A quiet, kind, solitary man with a passion for design and construction and an even stronger passion for railways, especially railway modelling.

Loved and respected uncle of Lynette and Nigel, Louise and family. We will miss your chats and stories. Reunited will all his family.

Happy journey in the Driver's Cab Bob - give that whistle a blast! x Pat

My dearest Bob you are a true gentleman. I will miss you terribly. Thank you for all the good laughs. Love from your carer, good friend and neighbour. Charlene, Norm and Rodolphe.

Bob, you were a lovely friend and neighbour of Sam, Shaun, Sharlie and Spencer. Will be very missed.

Many thanks to Calvary and St Johns Hospital Doctors and staff for Bob's recent care and the District Nursing Staff. Thanks also to Charlene for enabling Bob to remain in his home with her generous help.
