Loved Wife of Kevin "Jack" (dec'd). Mother and Mother-in-law of Judith and Ross; Barry and Susan; Trevor (dec'd), Penny and Howard; Tony and Wendy; Lance and Kay. Loved Grandma Haze to 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Sister to George (dec'd).

A private family farewell for Hazel was held on Saturday, 26th March 2022.
