of Carmel.

Andrew, Sally and Richard,
and father-in-law to
Candy and Francine.
Dear Papa to
Jesse, Ben, Emily,
Brodie, Chloe, Lewis,
Sophie and Oliver.
Much loved brother to Pam.
A chapter completed,
a page turned,
a life well lived,
a rest well earned.
He will be
sadly missed by all.
The family expresses

Dr Patrick Disney and
all staff and volunteers
at Mary Potter Hospice.
