GARRY REX SALTER

Born in the Derwent Valley, 12th APRIL 1935 – Died on the Gold Coast, 25th AUGUST 2020

Son of Horace & Mary Salter, brother to Florence Stowe (deceased), John Salter (deceased), Barbara Woods, Murray Salter & Joan Plumber (deceased), husband to his dearly beloved Valma, proud father to his precious children Denise, Craig & Melinda, grandfather & Pop to Mitchell, Ashley, Dylan, Codie, Hamish, Alastair & Charlotte, his four Great-Grandchildren, friend to many.

At peace having lived a good life. Soon to be home forever in his beloved Derwent Valley.

A celebration of Garry's life will be held at Earle Haven Retirement Village on the Gold Coast on Friday 28th August 2020, the Anglican Reverend Stewart Perry presiding. When possible, a final service will be held at Red Hill Cemetery, Bushy Park, Tasmania, the Anglican Reverend Joel Kettleton presiding.
