Noel 'Saltbush" Salter passed away peacefully at home on new years day. Husband of Pat, a father and grandfather who lived his idyllic life at Toogoom on Beelbi Creek surrounded by the wildlife and friends he had cherished since childhood, retiring to the sunshine coast. A fair punter, fisho, alchemist and rugby league tragic, his footprints will forever be through the mangroves and along the sandbanks edge on the evening low tide.
