SALVEMINI
Lee
Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving
family at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on
Friday 15th September 2023.
Aged 77 Years.
Adored Husband of Carol.
Dearly loved Father of
Jack (deceased),
Maria, Francine,
Gavin and Carlee-Ann.
Much loved Father-in-law, Oonon, Great Oonon, Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle and Friend to many.
Forever in Our Hearts.
A special thank you to all the wonderful
Doctors, Nurses, Carers and Volunteers
who have cared for Lee and supported us all.
I watched you suffer,
I heard you sigh,
But all I could do,
was just stand by.
I lived in hope, and prayed in vain,
For God to make you well again.
But he decided we must part,
I watched you go with a broken heart.
Till we meet again
Your loving wife, Carol x
With tears we saw you suffer,
We watched you fade away.
Our hearts were slowly breaking,
As you fought so hard to stay.
You did not want to leave us,
You did not go alone,
For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.
Much loved Father of Maria, Oonon of Kayla,
Ashley and Kate and Kelsey.
A wonderful Father and Oonon laid to rest.
For each of us you did your best.
Your life was good
Your heart was kind
A better Father and Oonon no one could find.
Missing you already and loved always
Fran, Andrew, Caitlyn and Shania.
God saw you were weary,
The hill too steep to climb
He gently took you by the hand and guided you home.
Rest in Peace Dad.
Love Gavin, Karen, Maddyson, Jack and Zachary.
We will miss the way your eyes lit up
when you told a story that we had no doubt
heard before, and the way you would laugh
after you told a silly Dad joke.
You were everything and more that we could
have asked for in a Dad, Oonon and Silly Old Non.
"Don't cry because it is over,
smile because it happened".
Carlee and Darren, Alycia and Jake, Brodie,
Zalia and Austin.
No words can explain the void
you have left in our lives.
Rest in Peace.
Love Betty Di Salvio and family.
See you later big Brother,
a life well lived, a rest well earned.
Love John and Youkkini Salvemini.
Dear Brother,
It's time to pull up anchor and sail into the sunset.
We will meet again in fishing grounds in the sky.
Your loving Brother Mick, Sister-in-law Maureen.
Uncle to Justin, Chad (deceased) and Josie.
Great Uncle to Chloe, Michael, Bailey,
Shakira and Tamzyn.
Your heart can never be replaced,
your shoes are hard to fill.
Rest Brother, refuel, steady as she goes,
a new horizon.
Love Graham and family.
You will be greatly missed.
We will always treasure the memories in
our hearts forever.
Love Tony, Olga and family.
Dearly loved and respected Brother and Uncle of
Lucy and Ron Giles and family.
Close in our hearts you will always stay.
Now at peace, no more pain.
