Late of Caboolture, formally of Sippy Downs and Glass House Mountains. Passed away peacefully on 22nd February 2025. Aged 94.
Dearly loved husband of the late Eileen Florence Schafer and much loved and cherished Dad and Father-in-law to Russell and Sue Schafer, eldest daughter (name withheld), Cynthia Schafer and Warren Broom and Christine and Wayne Perkins. Grandpa and Great-grandpa to their families. Brother and Brother-in-law to Allan and Nancy Schafer, Charlie (deceased) and Del Schafer, Brother-in-law to Frank and Pat Carney (deceased), Joan Carney (deceased), George and Avril Carney (deceased), Bill and Elaine Carney (deceased), Stan and Peg Fullerton (deceased). Uncle, grand uncle and great-grand uncle to their families.
Our sincere thanks to all the wonderful caring staff at Sunnymeade Park Aged Care Community Caboolture for their compassionate care and love given to Dad, especially after Mum's passing.
Privately cremated
Lovely, happy memories. Dad you will be dearly missed and always in our hearts. Gone but never forgotten, Rest in Peace Dad. Comforted in the knowledge you and Mum are now reunited.
