It is with the heaviest of hearts that we said goodbye to our beloved Dale who passed away peacefully at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, aged 61 years.

A proud and boastful father of his daughter Samantha.

Beloved brother and brother-in-law to Peter & Sue, Vanessa & Eric and Fiona & Chris.

A cherished granddad to Alex and Charlotte.

A great and generous friend to all.

He will always be remembered for his big heart and cheeky smile.
