The UFU notes with great sadness the death of UFU member Mark Shields.

Mark joined our union in June 1998 as a Retained Firefighter at Victor Harbor, subsequently working for the SAMFS as a fulltime firefighter at Adelaide and Christie Downs Stations and the Communications Centre before retiring in April 2018.

Our deepest sympathy is extended to Mark's wife Karen and their family.
