with us by her side on

April 13th, aged 54 years.

Now at peace, leaving us

with wonderful

cherished memories.

You will forever

be in our hearts

and thoughts every day.

Our treasured

wonderful one.

We were so blessed

to have such a beautiful

daughter in our lives.

Brave and loving,

she dedicated her life

to her family, friends

and those she nursed
