SHUMACK. - Ian In his 80th year Loving husband Dale, beloved father of Felicity and Michael Coote, and grandfather (Papa) of Andrew, William, Harrison and Louise. Beloved father of Justin and Kathy and Papa of Phoebe and Georgina. Beloved father of Meredith and Marcus Smith. Always gentle and a caring surgeon, his life was devoted to all his patients. His special interest and care with children was rewarded in his beautiful grandchildren. He is sadly missed SHUMACK. - Ian Albert Died 21.07.2007 aged 79.
