 30.07.1940~16.12.2018 Formerly of Ballina and Goonellabah. Passed away peacefully at Caroona Kalina Nursing Home. Aged 78 years. Daughter of Maurice and Kathleen Tavener (both dec). Wife of Cecil (dec) and mother of Maurice. Grandmother of Adam. Sister to Maureen Seva (dec),) Gary (dec), Carmel Bushell, Patrick and Dale. In accordance with Hazel’s wishes, a private cremation has taken place in Lismore.
