This is to advice friends, wantoks living in the Cairns and Tablelands Regions that a "Condolence Book" has been opened at the Papua New Guinea Consulate in memory of the late "Grand Chief Sir Michael Thomas Somare".

For those who wish to sign the Condolence Book can come to the Consulate which is located on 42 - 44 Spence Street (corner of Spence & Grafton Streets).

The dates and times for signing the Condolence Book will be from 04th - 10th March 2021 from 09:00am - 12:00pm each working day.
