SPRING. - William Francis (Bill). Died peacefully at Caritas Christi on Sept. 20, 2005. Loving and much loved husband of Rilka, father of Elliet and Claire and adoring grandfather of Willow. Our time was too short, but every day, every moment was special and unique. You gave me courage and love that I never knew existed. You were the light of my life and I will always carry the torch of our love - Rilka. So proud to be your wife, lover and bestfriend. To our perfect Dad, Thank you for being constantly loving and supportive - whatever will we do without you? We are heartbroken. You will always remain in our hearts. - Elliet and Claire.
