Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
STEVENS Kevin Edward We met in springtime when blossoms unfold. We were only 16 and 18 but we couldn't help falling in love and were married only 2 years later. We were lucky to be blessed with 4 beautiful children and 4 grandchildren we adored. We all love and miss you so much Kevin, and I don't know how I am going to live without you, but the memory of your helping hand will buoy me on with hope. For 53 years we shared and did everything together and I can't help but wish you would just walk through that door as you did each night after work - just to see you once more would be so special. We've known so much happiness and we shared our cup of joy, but memory is the one gift from God that death cannot destroy. There is one last thing I'll ask of you - please walk slowly down that long lone path, for soon I'll follow you. Loving you always and forever. _ Your devoted wife Sylvia (Viv) xxx
