STOBART. _ Albert Adrian (Bert) Passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015 Bert was a very highly regarded Member of the RSL and served on the State Executive from 1968-1987. He was awarded Life Membership of the League in 1982. Our sincere condolences to the Stobart family on their very sad loss, from the State President and State Executive of the Victorian Branch of the RSL.
