We are sad to announce the passing of our beloved father and grandfather Juris (George) Svanfelds of Brisbane. George died at age 73 on Friday 16 February 2024. George passed away peacefully at home after longstanding health issues. George was cremated on Thursday 22 February 2024 at Nudgee. George was a Father of two sons, a Grandfather of two granddaughters and will be missed by his extended family. George was a supporter of the Canberra Raiders (hope they get up for you in 2024) and enjoyed fishing and golf (and even won a Club Championship in his heyday). Already missed and we'll catchup ASAP, but in the meantime have a Bundy for us ol' boy.
