It is with deep sorrow that we advise of the sudden passing of our beloved Andrew.

Dearly loved husband of Christina

Proud and loving father of Dominique and Luca

Loved son of Helen (dec) and Tony, loved stepson of Brenda

Adored big brother of David, Philip, Alex, Sarah and Charles

And their partners, Sarah, Anna, Grahame, Brian and Dana.

We wish to thank the caring and compassionate team at the RAH ICU

Sincerest thanks to Andrew’s treasured friends and colleagues at Wiltshire Swain for being there for him.

Our lives are shattered, but we draw strength from each other and our many everlasting memories.
