Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Dearly loved husband of 52 years to Chris. Adored Father of Rachael, Sam (dec) and Will. Cherished Poppa Doc to Millie, Hamish, Bella, Georgie, Arley and Ted.


The family wish to express their gratitude and thanks for the exceptional care provided to Graeme by Dr Adam Broad along with the oncology and nursing staff at the Epworth Waurn Ponds throughout his journey.


Rest easy now, we take solace in the memories of a life well lived.
