Great Grandmother to Sebastian, Max, Lochlan and Spencer. Our dear Mom, your heart of gold has stopped, you are free of pain. Your life was devoted to love and care for Dad and your family. Our hearts are breaking. You will always be loved and remembered andwe all have treasured memories. Our sadness and grief at our loss is tempered by our thoughts of your happiness being reunited with Dad and being together with him forever. Nonna, words cannot express how much we will all miss you.
