Our beautiful darling Sarah died peacefully at home. So loved daughter of Tim and Trish, sister of Simon and sister-in-law of Fleur. Loving wife of Dan and wonderful mother to Alice, Eliza and Jack.

Heartfelt thanks to staff at Epworth Eastern and the wonderful team at Eastern Palliative Care.
