Cherished Grandad of Natasha and Tom, Michaela and Matt, Hamish and Danielle; Victoria, William, Edward; Liam, Ariana.

Great Grandad of Ailish, Lachlan, Ewyn, Theo.

Forever loved.

Our family would like to sincerely thank the wonderful doctors and staff at the Kapunda Medical Centre, Kapunda Hospital, Barossa Palliative Care and Modbury Hospital, for their care.
