It’s with heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Wendy, on a sunny morning, surrounded by love.
Eldest daughter of the late Ernest and Francis Peterson.
Wendy raised seven children. She loved being a Nan and was thrilled to be a Great-Nan.
A strong, determined, and fiercely independent woman, Wendy was a trailblazer in business, never backing down from a challenge or anyone …..who buys a high school and turns it into a Funeral Home?!
Her resilience and spirit were unmatched, whether in managing her ventures or taking on life’s adventures.
Mum spent her final moments patting her dog Bella and her eldest daughter, holding her hand. She smiled one last time, leaving this world as gracefully as she lived her life.
Mum will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
