UMUHURI, Alexander Hape (Macca). Passed away suddenly in the Philippines, 19th April, 2014. Loved brother, adored uncle; much loved partner of Daisy, and father of baby Alexandria.To all of his mates and associates on the Gold Coast, we, Macca's family in Whakatane, NZ, just want to let you know that his body was finally laid to rest on May 1st, 2014 in his hometown of Whakatane, to where he had last expressed his wish to one day be returned. His greatest contribution to us all was his heart; his deepest regret was, in his final moments, realizing that he would never get to see his precious daughter grow up.We want to thank you all for being such a support to him during his many years in Australia; for the messages of support and aroha you have shown to us as we brought him home.
