VAINS, Stephen John Kingsford,of Petersen Street, North Mackay, Qld,formerly of Paradise Point, Qld, Stepney, South Australia, and Papua New Guinea. Following a short, and painful illness, Stephen passed away in the Mackay Base Hospital on 09.01.2015 aged 59 years. The most cherished and beloved Husband and best friend of Pam. He loved and was adored by Pam's children, Brian and Michelle; their partners in life, Helen & Tom; grandchildren Hannah, Simon and Emily; and Simon's partner, Isabella. He spoke of them as his 'ready-made family'. Steve asked that no flowers be sent, instead a donation to either of the two charities listed below would be appreciated. Both these charities are supported by his local GP in Mackay, and his Surgeon in Brisbane.
