VAN HERWERDEN - VAN DER KROL, Catharina Willy Nora (Nora to all)
It is with great sadness we announce the death of our beautiful Mother. Mum was all class, dressed immaculately always. We are all so very sad as it is too soon after Dad, her dementia progressed so rapidly and we are not sure she ever truly knew Dad had died.
Mum was brave travelling to Australia as a migrant with two young children, which she did for the love she had for Dad (Jan). Mum and Dad travelled the world together and created a wonderful home for their family in Donvale.
Nora was Mum to Hans, Frederika & Gerrit. Oma to Samantha, Edgar, Corbyn & James.
Mum loved life and we all loved her.
A small memorial service will be held for family and for those that knew her.
