VERNES. - Valda. Passed away on Feb. 14 Adored wife of Aad, beautiful and loving mother of Dianne, Andrew, Angelique, Melissa, Karl, Tanya and Sonja. Deeply loved Oma to Rebecca, Kaihl, Daniel, Ben, Jordan, Lloyd, Molly, Matthew, Lucinda and Ruby. Treasured Mum-in- law to Ross, Sue, Geoff and Phil. My one great partner and lover passed away, whose memory will last forever - Aad. Mum, you dedicated your life to your family, selflessly giving and supporting us in all our hopes and dreams. Challenging us to strive for more in our minds and hearts to achieve happiness. Your inspiration will continue on in all of us. You fought hard against cancer, never complained or asked why. You struggled on and gave us 12 treasured months we otherwise might not have had with you. We love you Mum Medicine said you could not, you said "I can". You fought so hard, never complained and gave us another 12 wonderful months. Your courage and strength right to the end is an inspiration to us. We feel your power. Rest now and watch over us Love always - Andrew and Sue. Oma, you were so kind and generous to us. Wherever we have travelled you always kept in touch by letters, gifts, email and best of all visits.
