VINE. - John Ivan, on Oct. 1 (peacefully), aged 54 years. Dearly loved husband of Jan. Loved father of Suzanne, Michelle and Bronwyn. Loved father-in-law of Jason and Lindsay. John, you fought your last battle with dignity and courage. You are an inspiration to us all. My love goes with you - Jan. We sat with you and held your hand.
