WARING, Valerie Beatrice (nee Smeed) of Taringa aged 89 years passed away peacefully on Saturday 1st July 2023.
Beloved wife of Stan. Together they walked hand in hand for nearly 67 years with goodness, commitment and a special love.
Cherished and loved by her children - Mark, Chris, Craig and Sue and her son and daughters-in-law - Diana, Julie, Kate and Craig.
A treasured Grandma to her loving grandchildren – Andrew, Nick, Nia, Daniel, Miles, Lauren, Grace, John, Jessica and Jack. Great grandmother to Mac, Axel and Esther.
A private cremation has been held by the family. We will celebrate Val’s life at Indooroopilly Golf Club on Saturday 28th October 2023 – what would have been her 90th birthday. We would love you to join the family then to celebrate a life lived to its fullest.
