Dearly loved Father and Father-in- law of Erin and Michael, Dana and Matthew. Adored Gra-Gra of Ella, Hannah, Samuel, Eve and Aliah. Loved Brother of Marie. Family and Friends of Patrick are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at St Kevin's Catholic Church, 251 Newman Road, Geebung on Monday, 4th December at 10 a.m. preceded by a Rosary at 9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to MND & ME Foundation Qld, 5/28 Cavendish Road, Coorparoo. 4151 would be most appreciated. www.kmsmith.com.au
