At the time of her death, she was the last remaining grandchild of Peter and Maren Petersen. Sister to Evelyn Parry née Petersen and half sister to Carol Ward nee Willis. Loving mother of Brian Gane (dec. 1953), Barry, Keith, Beverley (dec. 2020), Dawn and Maureen. Aunty to Peter Parry. Grandmother to 16, and great-grandmother to 17.
