Passed away on Saturday 31st August 2024, aged 80 years, after a short illness in the Prince Charles Palliative care unit .

Much loved wife of Ian (dec’d) and mum to Suzette and Laura and mother in law to Mark and Dean.
Special ‘ Manna’ to her beautiful Audrey .
Sister to Jennifer (dec’d) , Julie, Keith and Helen .

Ruth has willed her body to the UQ Body Donor program for scientific and research purposes.
In accordance to her wishes , there will be no funeral .
