You were a man with a big heart, as big as it could get. Your love was not only for your immediate family but your not so immediate family too. You did every thing you could do to help us through ups and downs. You went well beyond your way to accommodate and help me as your son in law. I remember the time you said "I will come over and stay with you for a few days if you are upset" - and you did. In a way, you were the father I did not have, who could guide me through my difficult times as an adult. Thank-you!
You were a beautiful man with heart of gold . You did the best you could and you did it well. You did it your way! I love you for that.
I am glad I got to visit you whilst you were alive, have a cup of coffee with you, sit down and have a good chat, listen to your jokes and say good bye with a firm hand shake .
For now, goodbye my friend ! Maybe we shall meet again in another life .
We will remember you as a good man, a good father and a great grandfather to my children .
Danny , Andrea , Ava and Sapphire will always love you and we will have a special place in our heart for you always .
