Taken way too soon. No need to fight any longer, the pain has gone and you can rest in peace now. Until we meet up again.

Thanks & appreciation to his many Doctors and the Nursing Staff at The Gold Coast University Hospital & The Gold Coast Private Hospital. Also to dear Lee for his love, care & devotion to David.
