The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
ZAGAME. _ Victor.
Vic, my beautiful and
precious angel. You tried so
hard to stay with me, so we
could finish our precious and
beautiful journey for longer,
but it was so hard and such a
challenge. It became harder
each day, but together we
kept trying.
My darling, my precious and
my one and only love, I will
miss you like...I can't find
words to tell you, but I know
you must feel the same
because you told me so many
times how much you loved
me. You have taken my heart
with you so you can hold it till
the end of time.
Darling thank you for our
five beautiful children,
wonderful grandchildren,
who I know are missing their
Father and Nonno. There is a
gap in their hearts, but they
thank you for all the love and
knowledge you have left
behind for them to cherish.
Your forever loving wife,
Toni. I will love you always till
the end of time.
It is with a very heavy heart
that we say goodbye to a
gorgeous Dad & an amazing
Nonno.
Your love, your smiles, your
hugs & words of wisdom are
etched into our hearts.
You are truly unforgettable
in every way.
For our whole life through,
we will always love, adore &
cherish you.
Kisses & hugs

It's with an inconsolable
heart, that we say farewell to
a beautiful Dad and an
incredible Nonno.
You have had the most
profound impact on the lives
of my family. Your words of
support and advice have
undoubtedly guided us all
through life's twists and
turns. Your smile, your
laughter and your infamous
stories will forever be
ingrained in our hearts and
heads.
Dad, you were a truly unique
and amazing man. There will
never be a waking moment
where you're not in our
hearts. We will all continue
to turn to you for advice,
guidance and a laugh.
Nonno, we won't forget to
keep the chairs straight and
put a plate under the honey.
Promise.
You showed us that anything
is possible with hard work
and a strong heart.
Talk to you soon
We Love you always

Dear Dad and Nonno,
You have not long departed
from us and we miss you so
much already. We think of
your smile, your voice, your
laugh, your expressions, so
sincere.
Your presence is missed.
The days don't quite feel so
right without knowing you
are close by.
We will always remember
you for the beautiful person
you were.
We weren't ready for you to
go just yet.
You are flying free now with
open arms just like the angel
you are.
Please be safe and know we
love you and will always
cherish you.
Forever embedded in our
hearts

It is now that we celebrate
your wonderfully amazing
life Dad. A spectacular and
memorable journey you
shared with us.
As a father, you included me
in this journey with you and
moulded me to be the man I
am today. I will always love
you. As Nonno, you
unconditionally gave your
heart and your smiles to my
boys and my new little girl,
they will always treasure
this. As a father-in-law, you
welcomed with love, thank
you.
Dad, Nonno
We will miss all that made
you, you.
We hold you in our hearts
forever.

the most beautiful
compassionate man that
encouraged and always had
time to listen. Through your
