Loving 'Nana' to her five Grandchildren. Family and Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service, to Celebrate Carol's Life, to be held at the Church of England Grammar School Chapel, Oaklands Parade, East Brisbane, on Monday, 13.02.2012 at 12.30 p.m.. Donations in lieu of flowers, to the Wesley Hospital.
