GRAHAM, Jean Florence (formerly Telfer, nee Lamb) Late of Caloundra and formerly of Toowoomba, passed away peacefully on 21st August 2018, aged 97 years. Beloved Wife of Bob (dec'd) and formerly of George (dec'd). Dearly loved Mother of Graham and Debbie Telfer (Cairns) and Stepmother of Valda. Loving Grandmother of Shannon (dec'd), and Sarah. Adored Great Grandmother to Olivia-Belle. Loved Sister of Margaret (dec'd) and Colin. Loving Aunt to Pam, Judy, Geoff, Don, John, and Ian and their respective families.
