JONES, Esmerelda Patricia "Pat" Late of Toowoomba, passed away peacefully on 21st August 2018, aged 93 years. Beloved Wife of Arthur. Dearly loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Annette; Jeffrey and Katrina. Loving Grandmother of Bradley, Olivia and Trevor; and Lawri. Great Grandmother to Sam and Georgia.
